“Anytime and every time that I have needed services from your office, whether it be for an accident, an act of God incident, a windshield repair, a policy change or general question, my needs have been met with the greatest of efforts and genuine concern. All of the staff members have been friendly and attentive when I have called. When I needed a quote to verify if a policy change would be beneficial for me, I received a phone call back, within the hour, with the information and explanation on what would benefit both parties the best, meaning myself and Erie Insurance. On the few unfortunate situations that I needed vehicle repairs, my experience with Bittel/Erie Insurance has been fantastic and extremely seamless. Each time I needed repairs, my vehicles were taken to the body shop of my choice and the rental cars were brought to me. The rental cars were then picked up at the body shop and I drove away without the need to run here and there to complete the process. When my vehicle was totaled, by no fault of my own, Bittel Insurance handled everything for me through the whole process. They scheduled everything from the vehicle appraisal/adjuster for a replacement estimate(and the gentleman was very fair with the estimate), to the medical bills and the Erie representative that handled my side of the claim. When I have needed windshield repairs and replacements, Bittel Insurance set everything up with the third party window repair shop while I was on the phone to ensure that the vehicle would be repaired at my convenience and location. This type of customer service is priceless and soothing when daily life is thrown into chaos from an accident. I have recommended Bittel/Erie Insurance to several people and will continue to do so. ”
